J.R. Simplot Bio Plant Sciences Innate Lab Remodel – Phase 1

Recently completed, the J.R. Simplot Plant Sciences Lab Remodel has been updated with new state-of-the-art finishes and distinctive spaces for employees to meet, congregate, and carry out everyday tasks. Teaming with Dallas, TX interior designers, The Lauck Group, the 19,485 square foot building was also retrofitted with re-worked mechanical and electrical systems, daylighting was addressed with the addition of skylights in key locations, and a portion of the existing storage warehouse was converted into a two-story lab.
