This 21,700 square foot building houses medical offices. The first floor consists of 8,960 square feet of finished clinic area. A new sleep lab is housed in the basement and consists of four sleep rooms, a control room, a waiting area, and a break room. This “green” building will be in the upcoming green guide for Health Care pilot program. The building will also be LEED certified.
