This project includes a new roof, mechanical, electrical and data cabling upgrades, interior wall alterations and finishes, exterior site lighting, new energy efficient windows, new radiant heating system, ADA improvements and an updated kitchen. Site improvements include resurfacing the parking lot, landscape, and anti-terrorism force protection requirements.
