This is a design/build project of a new 3,400 square foot, one-story medical office building. The interior design reflects daylighting and operable windows for natural ventilation enjoyed by all exam rooms, a central clinic area and a reception/waiting space. Landscaping incorporates water conservation through the use of native xeriscape plants.
