The existing building did not include dehumidification systems. As the project was reviewed, the entire interior was modified to eliminate a sagging lay-in ceiling system and inefficient HVAC system. The new interior features indirect lighting, acoustical/visual treatment, a new dehumidification system, and new window wall systems to diffuse the objectionable direct glare light that plagued the center.
