Two 1,500 square foot buildings are designed to compose a small office development on this “gateway” boulevard into Boise’s Downtown. Each building is specially designed utilizing energy conscience elements such as day lighting, natural cooling, passive solar heating, and landscaping. In 2008, INSIGHT’s office at 2238 Broadway Avenue received a Building Excellence Award from the City of Boise in recognition of Excellence in Green Building.
