Based on an earlier feasibility study, this building conversion renovated an existing 18,000 square foot metal building into a new fire station. The project consisted of designing a new building skin, six truck/response vehicle bays, living quarters for six firefighters in shifts of two, fitness room, offices, public meeting room, and storage.
